M&M Limousine and Bus Service
Job Duties:
- Dispatching vehicles across Chicagoland and the Nation
- Keeping track of DOT Drivers hours
- Scheduling of vehicles for the next day and any last minute reservations
- Answering inbound calls for quotes, booking modifications and questions
- Making/ Dispatching reservations for Chicagoland and Nationwide services
- Emails
- Any other duties assigned
We are looking for STELLAR people who
- Have open availability
- Knowledge of Chicagoland
- Knowledge of DOT
- Prior dispatching experience in the Limo or Trucking Industry
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Multi- tasker
- Detailed Orientated
- Computer Savvy
- Quick Learner
- Go- Getter
